$350 / month. Provides you a business address, keys & dedicated resident desk. You may dress and nest your desk however you may like so as long as it is not harming anyone else.

$25 / day. Provided manager queen Bea is in the house, you may use a blank hot desk to work for the day.

We are open to any funky event ideas you may have. It is on the tenant to secure any permits or make temporary changes to the space. Some things we’ve done in the past: photoshoots, yoga, jiu jitsu, artist galleries, movie nights, workshops and meetings. Please contact us in the online form for event related inquiries.

9-5 is typing hours. we use our indoor voices but encourage water cooler chit chat.

5-9 is nebulas hours. we encourage you to get down and boogie within the respect of possible neighbour tenants.

Keys are only provided to resident members.

Be considerate of other community members in the space.

There is only 1 washroom for the entire building, please clean up after yourself.

No daily rate users are allowed in the facility without queen Bea.
